These terms of use govern your access to and use of the Vzoq AI website, software platform, dashboard, CRM, lead generation tools, enrichment tools, AI powered outreach tools, automation features, integrations, content, services, and related products

For purposes of these terms, “Vzoq,” “Vzoq AI,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vzoq AI, a brand by Web Research Services. “You,” “your,” “customer,” and “user” refer to any person, company, organization, account owner, team member, visitor, or authorized user who accesses or uses Vzoq AI

By accessing our website, creating an account, using our platform, purchasing a subscription, or using any Vzoq AI service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use Vzoq AI

These terms should be read together with our privacy policy, cookie notice, subscription terms, acceptable use rules, order form, invoice, pricing page, and any written agreement between you and Vzoq AI

It is designed to help businesses source leads, enrich contact and company data, create personalized outreach, automate follow-ups, manage customer relationships, and track pipeline activity from one coordinated system

Vzoq AI may include features such as:

  • Lead sourcing
  • Contact enrichment
  • Company research
  • AI-generated personalization
  • Outreach automation
  • Follow-up automation
  • Native CRM functionality
  • Pipeline tracking
  • Campaign analytics
  • Enterprise CRM syncing with HubSpot and Salesforce, where applicable
  • Sales workflow automation
  • Data organization and reporting tools
The exact features available to you may depend on your subscription plan, account settings, usage limits, enterprise agreement, and product availability

3. Eligibility

You may use Vzoq AI only if

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are using Vzoq AI for lawful business purposes.
  • You are not prohibited from using the services under applicable laws.
  • You are not located in, operating from, or targeting any jurisdiction where use of the services would be unlawful.
  • If you use Vzoq AI on behalf of a company, you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
If you use Vzoq AI on behalf of an organization, that organization is responsible for your use of the platform and for the actions of all users under its account

4. Account registration and access

To use certain Vzoq AI services, you may need to create an account

You agree to

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
  • Keep your login details secure.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Promptly update your account information if it changes.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected account misuse.
  • Ensure that all users under your account comply with these terms.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by your employees, contractors, consultants, agents, team members, or any other person you authorize to use the platform.

We may refuse registration, suspend access, or terminate accounts if we believe the account information is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or creates risk for Vzoq AI, our users, our infrastructure, or third parties.

5. Authorized users and team access

If your subscription permits multiple users, you may allow authorized team members to access your workspace

You are responsible for

  • Assigning appropriate roles and permissions.
  • Removing access when users leave your organization.
  • Ensuring that users do not share login credentials.
  • Monitoring activity within your workspace.
  • Ensuring that all users comply with these terms.
  • Maintaining lawful use of all customer data, lead data, CRM data, and campaign data.
You may not resell, rent, lease, sublicense, share, or commercially exploit Vzoq AI access for third parties unless Vzoq AI has expressly agreed in writing

6. Subscription plans, fees, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds

Vzoq AI may offer monthly subscription plans, annual subscription plans, enterprise packages, add-ons, usage-based features, custom plans, or other paid services.

The pricing, features, usage limits, billing cycle, renewal terms, and payment obligations applicable to your plan will be displayed on the pricing page, checkout page, invoice, order form, or written agreement applicable to your subscription.

6.1 Monthly subscription plans

Monthly subscription plans are billed on a month-to-month basis

When you purchase a monthly subscription, your billing cycle begins on the date your subscription starts. Your plan will remain active for the applicable monthly billing period and will renew automatically on the next billing date unless you cancel before renewal

Each monthly billing cycle generally runs for a period of 30 days from the date the subscription starts, unless otherwise stated on the pricing page, checkout page, invoice, or written agreement.

For example, if your monthly subscription starts on a specific date, your subscription will continue for the applicable monthly cycle and will renew on the same billing date each month, subject to payment success and account status.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation of a monthly subscription will take effect from the next billing date. This means you will continue to have access to your paid plan until the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle after cancellation is processed.

Unless required by law or expressly agreed by Vzoq AI in writing, monthly subscription fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.

6.2 Annual subscription plans

Annual subscription plans are billed on a yearly basis.

When you purchase an annual subscription, the full annual subscription amount is payable in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your annual plan will remain active for the applicable annual subscription term, subject to payment success, account status, and compliance with these terms.

Annual subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the annual term unless cancelled before the renewal date, unless otherwise stated on the pricing page, checkout page, invoice, order form, or written agreement.

6.3 Cancellation and refund for annual plans

You may request cancellation of an annual subscription by contacting Vzoq AI at contact@vzoq.ai or through any cancellation method made available in your account.

If you cancel an annual subscription after payment has already been made, Vzoq AI may refund the unused subscription amount from the next consecutive month following the cancellation date

This means that the current active month of service will remain chargeable, and any refund, if approved, will apply only to the unused full months remaining in the annual subscription term.

For example, if you paid for an annual plan and cancel during an active month, Vzoq AI may calculate the refund from the next full month onward, after deducting the value of the months already used or activated.

Refunds for annual plans are subject to

  • Verification of the cancellation request.
  • Deduction of the used subscription period.
  • Deduction of applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, bank charges, currency conversion charges, or administrative charges, where applicable.
  • No violation of these terms, acceptable use rules, or applicable law.
  • No misuse, abuse, fraud, spam activity, unlawful outreach, or prohibited platform activity.

Vzoq AI reserves the right to refuse refunds where the account has been suspended, terminated, restricted, or investigated due to breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, non-payment, chargeback, or non-compliant outreach.

6.4 Auto-renewal

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions may renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle.

  • Monthly plans renew on a monthly basis.
  • Annual plans renew on a yearly basis.
  • Renewal charges will be applied using the payment method available on file or through the applicable payment processor.
  • If payment fails, Vzoq AI may suspend, restrict, downgrade, or terminate access until payment is completed.

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue

6.5 Failed payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, declined, or charged back, Vzoq AI may:

  • Notify you of the failed payment.
  • Retry the payment.
  • Suspend access to paid features.
  • Downgrade your account.
  • Restrict access to data, campaigns, workflows, or integrations.
  • Terminate the subscription if payment remains unpaid.

You remain responsible for all outstanding amounts due.

6.6 Plan changes, upgrades, and downgrades

You may be able to upgrade, downgrade, or modify your subscription plan, depending on product availability and account eligibility.

Upgrades may take effect immediately or from the next billing cycle, depending on the plan and checkout process. Downgrades may take effect from the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed by Vzoq AI in writing.

Some features, usage limits, integrations, credits, data access, or enterprise capabilities may no longer be available after a downgrade.

6.7 Taxes and payment charges

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, levies, payment gateway charges, bank charges, currency conversion charges, or government charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes and charges related to your purchase, subscription, renewal, upgrade, or continued use of Vzoq AI>

6.8 Payment processors

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, including Razorpay and PayPal.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize Vzoq AI and its payment processors to charge the applicable subscription fees, renewal fees, taxes, and related charges using your selected payment method.

Third-party payment processors operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Vzoq AI is not responsible for payment processor errors, payment delays, bank charges, currency conversion fees, payment gateway deductions, chargeback fees, or third-party payment failures.

6.9 No guarantee of business results

Subscription fees are charged for access to the Vzoq AI platform, software features, tools, infrastructure, and services. Fees are not dependent on your business results.

Vzoq AI does not guarantee leads, replies, meetings, conversions, revenue, sales, deliverability, inbox placement, or any specific business outcome. Lack of expected business results does not automatically qualify for a refund.

7. Free accounts, trials, and beta features

Vzoq AI may offer free accounts, free trials, limited-access plans, preview features, early access features, or beta functionality. Free, trial, and beta features may be modified, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time without liability.

Unless expressly stated otherwise

  • Free trials are provided for evaluation purposes.
  • Trial access may expire automatically.
  • Data in free or trial accounts may be deleted after inactivity, expiry, or account closure.
  • Beta features are provided on an “as available” basis.
  • Beta features may contain errors, limitations, or incomplete functionality.
  • Vzoq AI does not guarantee that beta features will become part of the final product.
You should not rely on beta features for critical business operations unless Vzoq AI expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

8. Usage limits and fair use

Your use of Vzoq AI may be subject to limits, including limits on

  • Number of users.
  • Number of leads.
  • Number of contacts.
  • Number of enrichment credits.
  • Number of emails or messages.
  • Number of AI requests.
  • Number of CRM records.
  • Number of integrations.
  • API usage, if applicable.
  • Storage.
  • Automation workflows.
  • Other plan-specific features.

You may not attempt to bypass, manipulate, disable, or exceed usage limits.

We may apply fair use rules to protect platform stability, infrastructure, deliverability, data integrity, security, and the experience of other users. If your usage creates unusual load, abuse risk, excessive sending risk, legal risk, deliverability risk, or infrastructure strain, we may limit, throttle, suspend, or require an upgraded plan.

9. Customer data

For purposes of these terms, “customer data” means data, content, leads, contacts, company records, CRM records, email content, notes, lists, files, prompts, instructions, campaign data, or other information that you upload, import, generate, process, or manage through Vzoq AI.

You retain ownership of your customer data.

You grant Vzoq AI a limited right to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, modify, enrich, and use customer data only as necessary to

  • Provide the services.
  • Operate the platform.
  • Deliver AI-powered features.
  • Enable CRM and outreach workflows.
  • Support integrations.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Improve security and reliability.
  • Comply with law.
  • Enforce these terms.
  • Protect Vzoq AI, customers, users, and third parties.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, legal bases, notices, and consents necessary to upload, import, process, enrich, use, store, transfer, and contact individuals using the data you place into Vzoq AI.

10. Customer responsibilities for data and compliance

You are solely responsible for how you use Vzoq AI and for the legality of your customer data, lead lists, outreach campaigns, CRM workflows, and communications

You agree that you will

  • Use Vzoq AI only for lawful business purposes.
  • Collect, upload, enrich, and process data lawfully.
  • Provide required privacy notices to individuals where applicable.
  • Obtain consent where required by law.
  • Maintain a lawful basis for B2B outreach.
  • Honor unsubscribe, opt-out, deletion, and suppression requests.
  • Avoid contacting individuals who have opted out.
  • Use accurate sender information.
  • Avoid deceptive subject lines or misleading message content.
  • Include legally required information in commercial messages.
  • Comply with all applicable privacy, data protection, email, anti-spam, telemarketing, consumer protection, platform, and industry-specific laws.
  • Review and approve AI-generated content before use.
  • Keep CRM and lead data accurate, relevant, and legally obtained.
  • Avoid using Vzoq AI for unlawful scraping, spam, phishing, fraud, impersonation, harassment, or abusive outreach.
Vzoq AI provides tools. You remain responsible for your campaigns, lists, sending practices, targeting, content, legal compliance, and business decisions.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vzoq AI to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, rule, court order, or third-party right
  • Send spam, abusive messages, deceptive messages, fraudulent messages, or unlawful commercial communication
  • Send messages without required permission, lawful basis, notice, or opt-out mechanism
  • Use false, misleading, forged, or deceptive sender details
  • Use misleading subject lines or impersonate any person, brand, company, government body, or domain
  • Harvest, scrape, or collect data unlawfully
  • Upload, process, or distribute malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, worms, malicious code, or harmful files
  • Conduct phishing, credential theft, social engineering, scams, fraud, or identity misuse
  • Promote illegal goods, illegal services, or unlawful activity
  • Violate intellectual property, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, or contractual rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, decompile, or extract source code from Vzoq AI
  • Bypass security controls, usage limits, rate limits, or access restrictions
  • Interfere with platform performance, security, integrity, or availability
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to abuse the platform
  • Use Vzoq AI to create competing products or services without written permission
  • Sell, rent, sublicense, or provide access to Vzoq AI to third parties
  • Use the platform in a way that damages the reputation, deliverability, infrastructure, systems, or legal position of Vzoq AI
  • Upload sensitive personal data unless expressly permitted in writing
  • Use the platform for unlawful discrimination, harassment, surveillance, or profiling
  • Use AI features to generate deceptive, harmful, unlawful, infringing, or misleading content
We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including limiting, throttling, suspending, or terminating access.

12. Prohibited or restricted data

Vzoq AI is designed for B2B lead generation, outreach automation, CRM, and business communication. It is not designed to process sensitive personal data.

You must not upload, import, enrich, store, or process sensitive personal data through Vzoq AI unless you have all required legal permissions and Vzoq AI has expressly agreed in writing.

Restricted data may include:

  • Health or medical data
  • Biometric data
  • Genetic data
  • Precise geolocation data
  • Government identification numbers
  • Financial account credentials
  • Passwords
  • Children’s data
  • Criminal history
  • Race, ethnicity, religion, political opinions, trade union membership, sexual orientation, or similar protected information
  • Payment card numbers or bank credentials
  • Data subject to special regulatory restrictions
We may delete, restrict, block, or suspend processing of restricted data if we believe it violates these terms, the privacy policy, applicable law, or platform safety standards.

13. Outreach, email, and communication rules

If you use Vzoq AI for outreach, you are responsible for ensuring that every message complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

You agree that you will:

  • Use accurate sender identity
  • Use accurate and non-deceptive subject lines
  • Include legally required business identification where applicable
  • Include an unsubscribe or opt-out method where required
  • Honor opt-outs promptly
  • Maintain suppression lists
  • Avoid contacting recipients who have opted out
  • Avoid sending spam, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent messages
  • Avoid excessive sending that harms deliverability or platform integrity
  • Use legally obtained contact data
  • Comply with laws applicable to you, your recipients, and your target geographies
Vzoq AI may suspend or restrict outreach functionality if we believe your sending practices create legal, deliverability, abuse, infrastructure, or reputational risk.

14. AI features and output

Vzoq AI uses proprietary technology built in-house to provide AI-powered features.

AI features may support:

  • Lead research
  • Contact enrichment
  • Sales workflow suggestions
  • Outreach personalization
  • Message drafting
  • Follow-up suggestions
  • CRM summaries
  • Campaign recommendations
  • Pipeline insights
  • Automation assistance

You are responsible for all prompts, instructions, data, and content submitted to AI features.

You are also responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated output before using it.

You understand and agree that:

  • AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable
  • AI output may require human review, editing, fact-checking, and legal review
  • Vzoq AI does not guarantee that AI output will be error-free, compliant, non-infringing, or appropriate for every use case
  • You must not use AI output for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, discriminatory, or abusive purposes
  • You must not represent AI-generated content as human-generated where doing so would be misleading or unlawful
  • You remain responsible for business decisions made using AI-assisted information
Vzoq AI may improve, modify, limit, or discontinue AI features at any time.

15. Lead data, enrichment, and accuracy

Vzoq AI may help customers identify, enrich, verify, organize, or manage business contacts and company information.
However, no lead database, enrichment system, AI system, or verification tool can guarantee complete accuracy.

You understand that:

  • Lead data may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, duplicated, or unavailable
  • Email verification does not guarantee delivery or response
  • Enrichment results may vary by source, industry, region, and data availability
  • Business contact data may change over time
  • You should verify important information before relying on it
  • You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to contact a prospect
Vzoq AI does not guarantee any specific number of leads, meetings, replies, conversions, sales, revenue, or business outcomes.

16. Enterprise CRM integrations

Vzoq AI may help eligible enterprise customers sync selected data with HubSpot and Salesforce.

Where enabled, CRM syncing may include:

  • Leads
  • Contacts
  • Companies
  • Notes
  • Activities
  • Pipeline records
  • Status updates
  • Outreach records

You are responsible for:

  • Authorizing integrations
  • Configuring sync settings
  • Ensuring that synced data is lawful
  • Complying with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other third-party terms
  • Managing duplicate records
  • Ensuring that users with access to synced data are authorized
  • Disconnecting integrations when no longer needed
Vzoq AI is not responsible for errors, outages, data loss, duplication, delays, permission issues, API changes, or service changes caused by third-party platforms.

17. Third-party services

Vzoq AI may work with third-party tools and service providers, including hosting, payment processing, communication, analytics, support, security, infrastructure, CRM, and operational services.

Current third-party service examples include:

  • Vercel for hosting.
  • Razorpay for payment processing.
  • PayPal for payment processing.
  • HubSpot integration for enterprise customers.
  • Salesforce integration for enterprise customers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Vzoq AI is not responsible for third-party services, third-party content, third-party availability, third-party data practices, or third-party platform changes.

We may add, remove, replace, or modify third-party service providers as needed to operate and improve Vzoq AI.

18. Privacy and data protection

Your use of Vzoq AI is also governed by our privacy policy.

The privacy policy explains how Vzoq AI collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal data.

By using Vzoq AI, you agree that we may process personal data as described in our privacy policy and these terms.

If you are a customer using Vzoq AI to process personal data on behalf of your organization, you are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and other laws that may apply based on your location, recipients, customers, or target markets.

Where required, Vzoq AI may provide or enter into a separate data processing addendum for enterprise customers.

19. Cookies

Vzoq AI may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, provide the platform, remember preferences, secure accounts, analyze usage, and improve services.

Cookie-related information may be included in our privacy policy or in a separate cookie policy if we publish one.

By using our website or platform, you consent to the use of cookies where required and subject to your browser or cookie settings.

20. Intellectual property

Vzoq AI, including the website, platform, software, code, design, interface, workflows, AI systems, algorithms, product structure, logos, trademarks, branding, documentation, content, templates, graphics, features, and technology, is owned by Web Research Services or its licensors.

These terms do not transfer ownership of Vzoq AI or any intellectual property rights to you.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, Vzoq AI grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce Vzoq AI
  • Modify, translate, or create derivative works of the platform
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use Vzoq AI branding without written permission
  • Use Vzoq AI to build or train a competing product
  • Sell, license, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the platform
  • Use screenshots, interface elements, or product materials in a misleading way
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Vzoq AI and Web Research Services.

21. Customer content and feedback

You retain ownership of content and data you upload to Vzoq AI, subject to the license granted in these terms.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, recommendations, feedback, feature requests, or product improvement comments, you grant Vzoq AI a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

We may use feedback to improve Vzoq AI, develop new features, create new services, or enhance existing functionality.

22. Publicity and use of customer name

Unless you object in writing, Vzoq AI may identify your company as a customer by using your company name and logo in customer lists, websites, presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

If you do not want your name or logo used, you may contact us at contact@vzoq.ai.

For enterprise customers, publicity terms may be handled in a separate written agreement.

23. Support

Vzoq AI may provide support through email, in-product support, documentation, onboarding, training, or other channels.

Support availability may depend on your subscription plan.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests, but we do not guarantee response times unless expressly agreed in writing.

Support does not include legal advice, compliance advice, campaign approval, deliverability guarantees, data accuracy guarantees, or review of your outreach content unless specifically included in a paid service or written agreement.

24. Service availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable and useful platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Vzoq AI may be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance.
  • Updates.
  • Security issues.
  • Technical failures.
  • Hosting issues.
  • Third-party service outages.
  • Payment processor issues.
  • Internet or network failures.
  • Force majeure events.
  • Misuse or excessive usage.
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any feature, function, plan, or service at any time.

Where practical, we may provide notice of material changes, but we are not required to provide notice for changes needed for security, compliance, infrastructure, legal, or operational reasons.

25. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Vzoq AI if:

  • You breach these terms.
  • You fail to pay fees.
  • Your use creates security, legal, infrastructure, deliverability, or reputational risk.
  • You use Vzoq AI for spam, abuse, fraud, phishing, or unlawful outreach.
  • You upload prohibited or sensitive data.
  • You violate third-party rights.
  • You misuse AI features.
  • You exceed fair use or usage limits.
  • Your account appears compromised.
  • Required by law, court order, regulator, or government authority.
  • Continuing service would expose Vzoq AI, Web Research Services, users, or third parties to risk.

You may stop using Vzoq AI at any time. Cancellation, refund, data export, and deletion rights may depend on your subscription plan, billing status, contract terms, and applicable law.

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, except as expressly provided in Section 6 of these terms or as required by applicable law. Annual plan refunds, where approved, are calculated only for unused full months from the next consecutive month after cancellation.

Upon termination:

  • Your access may end immediately.
  • You must stop using the platform.
  • Outstanding fees remain payable.
  • We may delete or retain data according to our privacy policy, legal obligations, and operational requirements.
  • Certain sections of these terms will continue to apply, including payment obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution.

26. Data export and deletion

You may request export or deletion of your customer data by contacting contact@vzoq.ai, subject to your subscription plan, technical feasibility, legal requirements, account status, and payment obligations.

We may retain certain information where necessary to

  • Comply with law.
  • Resolve disputes.
  • Enforce agreements.
  • Prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Maintain security records.
  • Honor suppression and unsubscribe lists.
  • Maintain billing, accounting, tax, or audit records.
  • Protect legal rights.

We are not responsible for data loss caused by your deletion, account cancellation, integration misconfiguration, user error, unauthorized access due to your failure to secure credentials, or third-party platform issues.

27. Confidentiality

If either party receives confidential information from the other, the receiving party must use reasonable care to protect it and must not disclose it except as necessary to perform obligations under these terms, comply with law, or enforce rights.

Confidential information does not include information that:

  • Is publicly available without breach.
  • Was already known without confidentiality obligations.
  • Is independently developed.
  • Is received lawfully from a third party without confidentiality obligations.
  • Must be disclosed by law, court order, or regulator.
Enterprise agreements may include additional confidentiality terms.

28. No professional advice

  • Sales conversions.
  • Revenue growth.
  • Campaign success.
  • Data completeness.
  • AI output accuracy.
  • CRM sync accuracy.
  • Third-party service availability.
Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, targeting, messaging, market conditions, sender reputation, data quality, compliance practices, sales process, pricing, and follow-up execution.

30. Warranties and disclaimers

Vzoq AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except where expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vzoq AI disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, and uninterrupted operation.

31. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vzoq AI, Web Research Services, and their owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, partners, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or Vzoq AI will not exceed the amount paid by you to Vzoq AI for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to liability. 


If you used only free services, our total liability will be limited to INR 1,000 or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is higher.

32. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vzoq AI, Web Research Services, and their owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, partners, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

  • Any claim made by a recipient, prospect, lead, customer, regulator, platform, or third party arising from your activities
We reserve the right to control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.

You may not use Vzoq AI for unlawful military, surveillance, cyberattack, weapons, or restricted government purposes.

Vzoq AI will not be liable for delay, failure, interruption, data loss, non-performance, or service disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

39. Entire agreement

These terms, together with the privacy policy, pricing page, order form, invoice, subscription terms, acceptable use rules, and any written agreement between you and Vzoq AI, form the entire agreement between you and Vzoq AI regarding your use of the services.

If there is a conflict between these terms and a signed written agreement, the signed written agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.

40. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.
